Service provider and scope
The service provider is Paweł Drojecki, ul. Grudziądzka 57b/28, 87-100 Toruń, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 9562382715. For enquiries and complaints: [email protected].
CleanStrategy is a digital service for organising household chores: spaces, members, tasks, votes, points, rounds and statistics. You can save or print these terms from your browser before entering into a contract.
Technical requirements
The web version requires an internet connection, a current browser supporting JavaScript and browser storage, and an email address that supports sign-in. Synchronisation requires an API connection; interruptions may delay updates.
The mobile version requires a device and operating system meeting the requirements shown by its distribution platform. Notifications require additional system permission and are not required to use basic features.
Account and contract
The contract for maintaining an account free of charge is concluded when registration is completed and account access is obtained, for an indefinite period. A paid subscription is ordered separately in the purchase form after reviewing its price and billing period.
Protect access to your account and provide only information you are entitled to use. Do not enter unlawful content, infringe other people’s rights or disrupt the service.
You can end the account contract by requesting deletion at the contact email address. Signing out does not delete your account or cancel a subscription. Instructions are available at /en/account-deletion/.
If these terms are breached, we may restrict access to the extent necessary to protect the service or other people. We provide a reason and an opportunity to explain, unless prohibited by law. Immediate restrictions may be applied in the event of an immediate security threat or unlawful activity.
Trial, Plus and payments
A Plus subscription belongs to one specific space. We do not offer a permanent free plan. The first activation of a space subscription includes a 14-day trial with all Plus features. After the trial, making further changes requires an active subscription. Without one, data remains available to view and is not automatically deleted. Each space requires a separate subscription. The person who started the purchase manages payments and invoices.
Stripe processes web payments. Plus costs PLN 3.99 per member per month, including people without accounts. One payer covers the whole space. Changes to household size affect the next renewal amount, with no additional charges during the month. Before an order, the checkout form shows the total price, currency, monthly billing period, first payment date and renewal conditions. The terms of the specific order are binding.
Where the offer includes a 14-day trial, Plus is available without charge during that period. With a saved payment method, paid billing and automatic renewals begin after the trial, as described in checkout. Without a payment method, the subscription ends after the trial.
You can cancel renewal in the billing portal available from your account or by emailing the contact address. The portal shows the access end date. Cancelling renewal is separate from statutory withdrawal, complaints and requests for data deletion.
Withdrawal from the contract
Consumers and sole traders entitled to consumer protection may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason. The trial period does not replace this right.
Send an unambiguous statement to the contact address before the deadline. You may use: “I withdraw from the CleanStrategy contract entered into on …; account/email …; full name …; date …”. This template is optional.
We refund payments due within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method unless you agree to another method at no extra cost. Starting access alone does not mean that you lose your withdrawal right. Proportionate payment for services provided before withdrawal may be required only after an express request to begin performance and provision of the information required by law.
Complaints and conformity
Email your complaint to the contact address, describing the problem, account and requested solution. No special form is required. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt, by email or another agreed durable medium.
If the digital service does not conform to the contract, you may request that it be brought into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where provided by law, you are entitled to a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Any refund due is made within the statutory 14-day period.
We provide updates, including security updates, necessary to maintain conformity with the contract. Describing a version as a beta does not exclude statutory user rights. These terms do not limit liability imposed by mandatory law.
Changes to the service and terms
Changes beyond maintaining conformity are permitted for justified reasons: changes in law, security needs, changes in technological dependencies or development of household organisation features. They do not result in additional costs under the current contract.
We explain changes clearly. If a change adversely affects access or use to more than a minor extent, we give advance notice on a durable medium, such as email, explaining the scope, timing and termination right. You may then terminate without charge within 30 days of the change or receipt of the notice, whichever is later, unless we provide the unchanged, conforming service at no extra cost.
Changes to these terms do not apply retrospectively or remove acquired rights. Price changes are presented before the next billing period with an option to cancel. Publishing a new version alone does not replace required notice.
Privacy
The categories of data, purposes, processing bases, recipients and individual rights are described at /en/privacy-policy/. A shared space gives its members access to information entered there. Avoid sensitive information and use nicknames when full details are unnecessary.
